Seasonly (“the App”) is a mobile gardening companion application operated by Certa Konrad Koralewski (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Authentication provider (Google or email/password)

  • Unique user ID (Firebase UID)

2.2 User Content

We collect information you voluntarily provide:

  • Selected plants

  • Custom tasks

  • Plant descriptions

  • Optional public plant submissions

2.3 Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data, such as:

  • Device type

  • App version

  • Screen interactions

  • General usage statistics

This helps us improve the app.

We do not collect precise location data.

We process your data to:

  • Save and synchronize your garden data

  • Improve app performance and usability

  • Google Firestore

  • Firebase Analytics

These services are provided by Google LLC.

Data may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure GDPR compliance.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as:

  • Your account remains active

  • It is necessary for providing the service

  • Required by law

If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Using the “Delete Account” feature inside the app

Upon deletion:

  • Your account

  • Your garden data

  • Your associated content

will be permanently removed.

Public plant submissions, if approved and anonymized, may remain in the shared database.

9. Children’s Privacy

Seasonly is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
